June 2025

New Features

• CMMS Integration (e.g., EG Maintenance): Automatically create work orders in the Neuron app from sensor alarms and send them to your CMMS. Transfer meter readings directly. Our first integration is with EG Maintenance, with more to follow. Contact sales@el-watch.com to enable this.
• Bar Chart for Accumulated Data: Visualize accumulated sensor data (e.g., kWh Energy Meter, Pulse Counter, Hour Meter) in a bar chart format with customizable time resolution.
• Export Bar Chart Data: Easily export your bar chart data for reporting and analysis.
• Convert Tool for Sensor Calculations: A simple tool with pre-configured templates to adjust sensor calculations, making setup for Neuron kWh Energy Meters and Pulse Counters easier.
• Events Time Picker: Select custom time ranges to quickly view relevant events.
• Search and Filter Devices: Quickly find and filter devices within your system view for improved navigation and management.

Changes

Offline Device Limit: Increased from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
Chart Legend Selector: Charts now use a selector instead of a scrolling list when there are many legends.

• Rules now displays a chart with a simulation of rule settings to help you find the best configuration

• Rules overview shows number of events last 30 days

Changes

• UI/UX Changes to make the application look and feel more consistent

• Virtual Sensor Enhancements: Introduction of virtual sensor and delivery of data through integrations.
• Rule Management Improvements: Ability to duplicate rules across multiple devices, and to search for serial numbers, aliases, and tags in rules.
• Enhanced Sensor View: Add and manage rules directly from the detailed sensor view.
• Offline Sensor Events: Monitoring and reporting of events when sensors go offline.
• Chart Enhancements: New capabilities in detailed charts including toggling of entire unit, filtering chart values, and selecting chart aggregation modes (raw, average, auto [default]).
• Additional MFA options: Added TOTP authentication as an alternative to SMS Codes

• Virtual Sensor Calculation Frequency: Virtual sensors are now calculated every 2 minutes in the cloud, enhancing real-time data accuracy.
• Chart Aggregation Adjustment: Changed the auto aggregation point in charts from 24 hours to 7 days for better data overview.
• Improved Performance: Enhanced performance in the rules view for more efficient management.
• Interface Optimization: Moved "rule less sensors" to a searchable tab, streamlining the user interface.
• Sensor Settings Update: Removed time-counter setting from binary sensors and discontinued "count" charts for binary sensors, now displaying actual time series data.
• Moved Osisoft Tag String: Moved osisoft tag string to a list of enabled devices in the integration to make it easier to find
• Api v1 depricated: Removed API v1 endpoint

Bug Fixes

• User Preferences Retention: Fixed an issue where the detailed sensor view did not remember hidden fields and compared sensors.

Breaking Changes

• Virtual Sensor Recreation Required: Due to significant updates, existing virtual sensors need to be recreated to function with the new enhancements.
