Overview
We are always looking for feedback on our Neuron system, sensors and gateways. If you notice any bugs, please fill out the feedback form and we will get back to you.
Click the avatar and select "Feedback" from the menu.
Selecting "Feedback" opens a form where you can describe the issue and send it to us.
Fill in the form and click "Submit":
- Email – the address we should reply to.
- Issue – a short summary of the problem (max 255 characters).
- Description of bug – describe the issue in as much detail as possible. It helps us track down the issue (max 2000 characters).
- Screenshots – choose a file to upload, or drag and drop, to show us what you saw.
- Browser – select which browser you used: Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Other.
