Mounting
The Open/Closed sensor comes with a magnet and to ensure proper function the installation has to be done correctly. It is important that the magnet is in proximity of the sensor but also at the correct side of the sensor. See illustrations below .
Deviance from this positioning will decrease the maximum distance you can have between sensor and magnet.

Note
Use the double sided tape that comes with the sensor to fix both sensor and magnet.
