Account Merging Process
When enabling SSO for existing Neuron Sensors users:
- Users will be prompted to log in using their current username and password.
- This one-time login serves as a confirmation step to ensure account ownership.
- After confirmation, the account will be linked to the corporate SSO system.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Neuron MFA remains active even when SSO is enabled.
- MFA will be triggered for every login attempt, including those through social login providers.
- This ensures an additional layer of security for all user accounts.
- Neuron MFA can be disabled in User Settings.
