Guideline mounting Actuator

Introduction

This device is ready for use and requires only a 24VDC power supply.

Mounting the Actuator

The Actuator is intended for installation in a control cabinet or in a comparable enclosure.
The device may only be operated when it has been installed.
The control cabinet must meet the requirements of IEC 61010-1 in terms of protection against spread of fire and protection against electric shock or burn.
Use only a power supply that meets the requirements of this specification.

For external circuits connected to the Actuator the insulation must be compatible with insulation voltage (III/2) 300V or (II/2) 600V.

Antenna

Connect the Neuron antenna to the SMA-connector (upper right of the above image). If the cabinet is made of metal, we recommend mounting the antenna on the outside of the cabinet.

Connectors

Connect power supply to connector marked V+/V-, and output to CO-NO and/or CO-NC according to desired Actuator function.
