Introduction
This article will show you how to create a new system for your sensors and gateways.
A system is a way to organize your sensors and gateways in the app. A system could be a department or an address. Note that each system will be invoiced separately. Within a system you can group sensors using tags to organize it even further.
Create a System
Create a new system by selecting "+ Add system".

This opens the "Create new system" dialog, where you can fill in the system's details:
- SystemId: A unique ID generated automatically for the system. You don't need to change this.
- System name: A name for the system, for example a department or an address.
- Description: An optional description of the system.
- Upload system image: An optional image shown on the system tile.
- PO number: An optional purchase order number for invoicing.

After all necessary information is entered, select "Save Information". You will be redirected back to the dashboard, where your newly created system appears as a tile.
With your system created, you can now add sensors and gateways to it
